Strategic Development Working Group - The functions of this working group were transferred to Planning committee from May 2016.

Pride of Houghton - The functions of this working group were transferred to Event Working Group from October 2016

Sports & Recreation Working Group - The functions of this working group were transferred to the respective committees of Environment & Leisure and Community Services Committee from May 2017.

New Cemetery Working Group - This group changed to the New Cemtery Sub-Committee from December 2018.
